Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with All Seasons Camping. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship your gear.

Order Processing & Handling

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer several shipping options for orders within the contiguous United States:

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

International Shipping

We ship to 27 countries worldwide. International orders are shipped via USPS and DHL Express, with rates calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Estimated international delivery times vary by country and shipping method selected at checkout. Please allow additional time for customs clearance, which is outside our control.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.

Carriers

• USPS — Used for domestic and select international shipments
• DHL Express — Used for international express shipments

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to high order volumes, weather events, or carrier disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
